Thank you very much for this excellent great book. This is the book I was looking for more than a year, as a beginner who knows only to print something, read something from the console, create a simple array, I searched for some good tutorial. Many tutorials, pdfs claimed to be good, did not know where to start, they had started explaining from nowhere in c sharp and filled pdfs with some unclear stuff. But this great book knows how to teach, where to start, how human beings minds work and gives a comprehensive guide to programming! Thank you again for giving this free! A book which needs more visibility since every learner is looking for this book even though they don’t know this exist!
Thank you for all the effort that was put in to this book. The book is well structured. The chapters flow well from one to the next. My last programming class was COBOL in the 1980’s. Using the book and watching the videos that coincide with each chapter is a great way to learn this language. This beats any college level course.

I am using Microsoft Visual Studio Express 2012 and trying to download .net framework 4.5 class library. Is there a way to download on Visual Studio? I only see for 4.0 and 3.5 when I go into Help-Set help preferences-Launch in help viewer-Management(Add Remove Content).
